Notes, actions and a follow-up email from every meeting, on the same day
Attendees often leave a meeting with differing views of what was agreed. No one took notes, or three people did and their notes conflict. The actions had no owners, so by Friday no one is responsible for them, and the follow-up you fully intended to send the client has still not been written.
The build turns each meeting’s transcript or notes into a concise record, an actions table with an owner and a date against every item, and a follow-up email, all ready on the same day. The chair checks the record, confirms the owners and sends the email. Meetings are recorded only with everyone’s agreement, and some are never recorded.

The build behind it: Meeting Follow-up
A quick-win build, configured with a meeting guide covering your meeting types, how consent is requested, where actions are recorded and how long transcripts are kept. The quickest starting point is internal team and project meetings. Client meetings can be added later, with follow-up emails written in your own tone of voice. The pilot runs on two to three weeks of real meetings.
In a business with a small number of meetings each week, the time saved may amount to only a few hours. The greater gains are fewer dropped actions and faster follow-ups to clients.

Questions about meeting follow-up
If your question is not answered here, please email hello@teamagentic.co.uk and we will reply promptly.
Does it record without asking?
No. Your meeting guide sets out how consent is requested and recorded. If anyone objects, notes are taken by hand.
Which meetings are never recorded?
HR, disciplinary, grievance and health conversations, and legal advice, together with anything else your guide specifies. Transcripts are never used to monitor or assess staff.
Will it email attendees directly?
No. A person checks every record and sends every email.
What about sales calls?
If you have the Sales Support Agent, sales meetings use its follow-ups, written from your sales library. Otherwise they follow the meeting guide.
