Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Team Agentic collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. We have written it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@teamagentic.co.uk.

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Who we are

Team Agentic is the trading name of Team Agentic Limited, an AI consultancy for UK businesses of 10 to 250 people. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17531668, and our registered office is 20 Station Road, Whittlesford, Cambridge CB22 4NL.

Under UK data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in it at hello@teamagentic.co.uk.

What we collect

  • When you contact us or book a call: your name, company, work email address, company website, team size, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us in your message.
  • When we talk or work together: notes from calls and meetings, the information you share about your business, and the contact details of the people we work with. We only record a call if you agree, so that we can listen rather than take notes.
  • When you use our website: if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, how you found us and the type of device and browser you use. Our cookie policy has the details.
  • When we invoice you: billing contact details and payment records.

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health data, so please do not send it to us.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

Data protection law only lets us use personal information when we have a lawful basis. Ours are:

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps you have asked for before we agree a contract.
  • To deliver the work we have agreed. Our contract with you or your organisation.
  • To run the business, including invoicing, accounts and record keeping. Our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records, and our legitimate interests.
  • To understand how our website is used and measure our advertising. Your consent, which you give or refuse through our cookie banner and can withdraw at any time.
  • To send occasional updates to business contacts. Our legitimate interests, and only where the law allows. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Contacting us does not put you on an automated sales sequence.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • website hosting and our contact forms: WordPress.com (Automattic)
  • email and documents: Google Workspace
  • website analytics and advertising, only if you accept cookies: Google, Meta and LinkedIn
  • AI platforms, when we are delivering work for you and only as agreed with you
  • our accountants and professional advisers, where needed

We will also share information if the law requires us to.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers store or process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law provides, such as the UK–US data bridge or the UK’s international data transfer agreement.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Client records and contracts: 6 years after the work ends, to meet accounting and legal requirements.
  • Call recordings: deleted once the notes are written up, and within 30 days.
  • Website analytics: 14 months, as set in our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct it, or to delete it
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it
  • ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, email hello@teamagentic.co.uk. We will respond within one month, as the law requires.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you agree. Our cookie policy lists them and explains how to change your choice.

When the way we use personal information changes, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
