A monthly briefing on what has changed, and what it means for your business
There is little more frustrating than learning of a competitor’s new pricing from a customer because no one had the time to monitor the market. Always-on intelligence monitors it on your behalf: once a month, a concise briefing on the area you select – three to five points that matter, each with its source and the options open to you.

The four digests
Market & Competitor Intelligence
The activity of your named competitors and your market, drawn from public sources, with every point dated.
Marketing Intelligence
How your business is found in search and AI answers, and how your marketing is performing.
Customer Insight Digest
What customers say in reviews, enquiries and feedback, reported as themes with counts. Individuals are never named.
Leadership Briefing
The few matters your leadership team needs to know this month, on one page, drawing on any other digests you receive.
Who the service is for
Leaders who wish to identify changes early without devoting their evenings to tracking them. It is not a substitute for a one-off market study or market sizing exercise.
Approach
01
Set-up
In the first month we agree the readers, the decisions the briefing should support and the sources to monitor, and prepare a profile of your business and market. Set-up is included in the fee.
02
Gather
Each month we review the agreed sources and inform you of any we were unable to check, so that you know precisely what the briefing does and does not cover.
03
Brief
Three to five points: what has changed, why it matters and the options to consider. Anything we cannot source is omitted or marked as unconfirmed, and an experienced member of our team reviews every briefing before it is issued.
04
Review
Each quarter we confirm that every source continues to justify its inclusion.
Your involvement is concentrated in the set-up: confirming who will read the briefing, which decisions it should inform and which competitors or sources you trust. Thereafter, you need only read it.
Fees and terms
From £1,500 a month for your first digest and £1,000 a month for each additional digest, with set-up included. There is a three-month minimum term, followed by one month’s notice.
Paid data sources are not included, but we can use your existing subscriptions if you provide access.
Questions about the briefings
If your question is not answered here, please email hello@teamagentic.co.uk and we will reply promptly.
Where does the information come from?
Public sources, together with any data you share, such as Search Console or customer feedback exports. Every point is sourced and dated.
Do you name customers or staff?
No. The Customer Insight Digest reports themes with counts, never individuals, and exports are deleted after each briefing.
Will you act on your findings?
No. The briefing sets out what has changed and suggests options; whether and how to respond is your decision.
Can we cancel?
Yes. After the three-month minimum term, with one month’s notice.
Platforms we work with
The right AI platform for each build, licensed to you
We recommend the AI platform that suits each build, or use one you already have if it meets our minimum standards. Either way, you hold the licence, so the account and the data stay yours. The results arrive in your own email, files, CRM and finance systems, where your team can check them.
